Thr RB is built to rev, and with proper headwork, cams, timeing, etc, the turbo will provide lots of torque once it spools, high up in the rpm range, which should yield a high horsepower peak. With 10,000 rpm redline I'd say it's completely possible and reasonably safe-- so long as the components are chosen very carefully and the build is done very well. Now, I don't think this car would be too fun on a twisty mountain road...more scary than fun (I'd rather have a stock mini cooper S)-- but it will be absolutely perfect for those terrible "4th gear freeway pull" videos. But I guess it's pretty cool nonetheless.
